Privacy Policy

Draft for review. Have a qualified attorney review and adapt this to your jurisdiction (GDPR/CCPA and any applicable biometric-privacy laws) before relying on it.

1. What we collect

  • Account data — email, name, and authentication details.
  • Content you upload — video, audio, images, and text you submit for translation, dubbing, or avatar generation, plus generated output.
  • Usage & billing — jobs submitted, credits used, and payment records (processed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers).
  • Technical — IP address, device/browser info, and logs for security and abuse prevention.

2. How we use it

To provide and operate the Service (translate/dub/generate your content), process payments, prevent abuse, provide support, and comply with law. Your uploaded content is processed to deliver the output you request.

3. Processors we use

We use trusted subprocessors to run the Service, including Microsoft Azure AI (speech, translation, and avatar processing), Azure Blob Storage (hosting your media), and Stripe (payments). These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms.

4. Retention

We retain your content and job records for as long as your account is active and for a limited period afterward, then delete or archive them. You may delete your content or request account deletion at any time. Content tied to an open abuse report may be preserved as required.

5. Biometric / likeness data

Voice and facial likeness in the media you upload may be considered sensitive or biometric data in some jurisdictions. You are responsible for obtaining the consents required to upload and process any real person's voice or likeness. See our Acceptable Use Policy.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise them, or to report misuse, use our contact/report form.

7. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and other safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.
